Click on any time to request a booking for a Matterport Tour, Photos, and Drone shoots on a new listing. Please allow 48 business hours (72 hours for video) from the end of the shoot for photos to be processed before it can be live on the MLS. You will receive confirmation that your request is booked and who the photographer will be. Agent must arrange for access to properties. Home needs to be PICTURE READY because things cannot be moved while the 3-D tour is being shot.
If home is not ready for Matterport, there will be a $50 charge to return.
PRICING:
Matterport 3D Tour AND Photos (25 Minimum): $175 up to 2000 s/f and then .085 cents per square foot with a $552 maximum.
Matterport 3D Tour OR Photos ONLY: $125 up to 2000 s/f and then .06 cents per square foot with a $390 maximum.
Get a Floor Plan with room measurements for $14.99. The floor plan can take up to 72 hours to receive.
DRONE SHOOTS:
- 4 Aerial Photos - $25 ($50 if no other services are used).
- Aerial Video and Photos - $100.
- 5+ Acres -$150
Based on any listing 15 miles or less from the office according to Google Maps. Every mile over 15 will be an additional .67 cents unless the agent drives.
